Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and services offered by AI Video Entertainment.com, including the creation of custom fantasy videos based on client-submitted photos.

Because our work is creative, custom, and labor-intensive, all sales are subject to the following terms:
 

1. Payment Structure
 

1.1 Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking or purchase.
This deposit covers:

  • Preliminary labor

  • Creative preparation

  • Resource allocation

  • Internal processing of client-submitted photos

Work on your order will not begin until the deposit has been received.
 

1.2 Final Payment

The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the service, before delivery of the final video files.

Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in:

  • Withheld delivery of final media

  • Account suspension

  • Cancellation of ongoing work
     

2. Refund Eligibility

We strive to deliver high-quality, customized fantasy videos as described in your original agreement. However, due to the personalized nature of the services, refunds are extremely limited.

Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstance:
 

2.1 Service Not Delivered as Promised

A refund may be issued if:

  • The services outlined in your original contract or written agreement were not delivered at all, or

  • The final deliverables materially and clearly do not match what was explicitly promised in the contract (e.g., the promised video was not created or an incorrect service was provided), and the issue cannot be corrected through revisions.

We reserve the right to attempt reasonable corrections or revisions before a refund is considered.
 

3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with subjective creative style

  • Incorrect, low-quality, or inappropriate photos provided by the client

  • Failure to review or respond to drafts, revision requests, or communication

  • Delays caused by the client’s own inaction

  • Situations outside our control (technical issues on the client side, missed emails, etc.)

  • Requests made after final delivery (unless services were never delivered as promised)

All work completed before a cancellation (if any) remains billable.
 

4. Deposits

The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable, even if:

  • The client cancels the order

  • The client fails to provide required materials (e.g., photos, instructions)

  • The client is unresponsive or changes project scope

  • The project is terminated due to violation of site policies (e.g., uploading prohibited content)

This is because significant labor and resources are used immediately after booking.
 

5. Quality and Revisions

We aim to meet the expectations outlined in your original order, and we may offer reasonable revisions to correct errors or issues directly related to the promised service.
Revisions do not include:

  • Changes in artistic direction

  • New requests outside the agreed scope

  • Replacement of photos or new materials not included in the original order

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only under the conditions listed above), submit a written request to:

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Any supporting evidence

Requests will be reviewed within 5–10 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.

7. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of AI Video Entertainment, in accordance with this policy, the original contract, and applicable consumer protection laws
